Public Comments will be heard December 7, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on November 2, 2026. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on December 7, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm.
