Public Comments will be heard October 5, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on September 8, 2026. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on October 5, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm.
