Proposed zoning: Highway Commercial (C-H) District
Applicant: Brost Developments Inc.
Purpose:
This proposed rezoning is to facilitate future re-use of the site for motor vehicle related uses.
Status: Approved

The Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4875-2026 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at the regular City Council meeting on May 4, 2026. Bylaw 4875-2026 was passed by Council.
