Public Hearing time correction – Subdivision and Development Appeal Board

The City of Medicine Hat wishes to clarify the start time for an upcoming public hearing of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. The Board will host a public hearing at 1 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in Council Chambers at City Hall. 

During the hearing, the Board will consider an appeal regarding Development Permit Application PLDP20260032, submitted by Newrock Developments. The proposal is for a 40-unit multi-unit residential development located at 352 Primrose Drive SE, within a Medium Density Residential (R-MD) zoning district. 

Members of the public who wish to review documents related to this matter may do so at the City Clerk’s Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Correction Notice: 

A public notice published in Saturday’s newspaper incorrectly stated that the hearing would begin at 10 a.m. Please note that the correct start time is 1 p.m.
