Upcoming sanitary sewer line repairs

Environmental Utilities crews will begin scheduled sanitary sewer line repairs at the intersection of Dunmore Road SE and 13 Avenue SE starting Tuesday, July 7. This work will have minor impacts for motorists and pedestrians in the area.

The following closures and traffic impacts will be in place during these repairs:

• 13 Avenue SE will be closed between Dunmore Road SE and College Drive/22 Street SE. Motorists will be detoured onto 22 Street SE.
• Traffic on Dunmore Road SE will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Ravine Drive SE and 13 Avenue SE.
• Sidewalks within the closure area will also be closed to pedestrians.

For the safety of staff and the public, motorists are asked to obey all construction signage, detour routes, and temporary speed limits in the area.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete by end of day on Thursday, July 9.
