Municipal Development Plan

The myMH Master Plan is Medicine Hat's guiding vision. This comprehensive Municipal Development Plan is a 30-year outlook setting strong and visionary policies to help create a more prosperous, livable and sustainable city.

The myMH Master Plan was adopted by City Council on October 5, 2020.

A winning plan!

In 2021, the myMH Medicine Hat Master Plan won an award of merit from the Alberta Professional Planners Institute. The City of Medicine Hat was one of three recipients selected out of 13 submissions from across the province for the prestigious award.
