Ranchlands: The Spur
The Spur is a focused, agile extension of housing along the South/East side of Ranchlands Boulevard NE.
Ten new single-family residential lots are under construction. In 2016, the land use was amended from Medium-Density Residential to Low-Density Residential.
Under construction
The Ranchlands Spur is currently under construction. Crews are installing water, sewer and electricity services to each lot, replacing a section of sidewalk, grading the lots, and constructing the road extension and back lanes.

Road closures
The project will include require some full and partial road closures along Ranchlands Boulevard NE including detours and bypass routes.
Detours will be clearly marked to ensure safe and efficient travel around the work zone for both residents and visitors alike.
Residents whose driveway access may be disrupted will receive additional communication directly from the Department and/or the contractor overseeing the work.
