Medicine Hat. – Invest Medicine Hat (IMH) and the City of Medicine Hat have been awarded the Innovative Approach to Economic Supports initiative to the Building Economic Strength category of the Minister’s Awards for Municipal Excellence.

Medicine Hat. – On July 5, 2021, City Council unanimously passed a motion, directing staff to prepare a second COVID relief program in an amount of $4. 5 million.
Medicine Hat. – The Southeast Alberta Hydrogen Task Force (Task Force), an independent working group created to establish a framework to implement a hydrogen economy in Southeast Alberta, was officially launched today.
Medicine Hat – The services agreement between the City of Medicine Hat and Kerby Centre has been completed and operations transition planning is well underway. The Veiner Centre will reopen to the public on Monday, July 12, under City management.
