Medicine Hat. – Nominations for the election of candidates for the following offices will be received at Council Chambers, City Hall, 580 1st St S. E between 8:30 AM and 12:00 noon on Monday, September 20.

Medicine Hat. - The City of Medicine Hat has reviewed the temporary measures announced by the Province of Alberta on September 15 and has determined a short-term plan to respond to the changes.

Medicine Hat. – Invest Medicine Hat (IMH) and the City of Medicine Hat have been awarded the Innovative Approach to Economic Supports initiative to the Building Economic Strength category of the Minister’s Awards for Municipal Excellence.

Medicine Hat. – With concerts and events soon to commence at City venues, the City of Medicine Hat has made the decision to follow artist’s requests regarding COVID protocols, including if proof of vaccination is required for attendees.

Medicine Hat. – The City of Medicine Hat, together with Alberta Health Services (AHS), is encouraging residents to get vaccinated and remain vigilant against the spread of COVID-19.

Medicine Hat. – On July 5, 2021, City Council unanimously passed a motion, directing staff to prepare a second COVID relief program in an amount of $4. 5 million.
