Service Level Inventory

We strive to maintain a high level of customer service and operating standard and it is important to be clear about what you can expect from your municipality.

There are costs associated with each service we deliver: people, time, equipment and budget. In an effort to better understand and communicate the resources to deliver municipal services, we embarked on a project spurred by Council's 2023-2026 Strategic Plan to establish an inventory of our services and their costs.

This is not an exhaustive list, and this work is ongoing.

The inventory reflects the current state of external services (as of October 2025). We will continuously review, evaluate, improve, and enhance services, service levels, processes, and delivery methods to meet community needs. The inventory is reviewed and updated annually to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.
