Create an account
1. Go to myMh portal
Click "myMH Login | Sign Up" on the top navigation bar of the City's website.
2. Create your account
Using an email and password:
- Click the "Sign me up!" button at the bottom of the login screen
- Enter your email and password (required)
- Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click "Sign me up!"
Or use an existing social media account (Twitter, Google, Facebook):
- Click on the social media account you’d like to use.
Note: the social media platform may ask you to verify your social media account.
3. Add your address for property-specific info
It is not mandatory to add an address to create or use the myMH portal.
If you do not want to add your address, click ‘Maybe later’
If you choose to add your address, the portal will automatically display information related to your address, such as:
- Garbage collection schedules for your zone
- Road closures near you
- Trails near you
To enter your address:
- Start typing your street name and wait for the dropdown to populate/appear.
- Select your street name from the dropdown.
- The street number field will be enabled, from which you can choose your street/house number.
- You can then choose the unit number from the drop-down (if applicable).
- Click ‘Next’
4. Verify your account
- If you do not see a verification email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click on the link in the verification email.
- Now you’re ready to log in to Citizen Portal!
Login to myMH portal
1. Go to myMH portal
Click "myMH Login | Sign Up" on the top navigation bar of the City's website.
2. Enter your login credentials
Using email and password:
- Enter the email and password you used to create your account on the login screen
- Click ‘Login’
Or, if you created your account using an existing social media account (Twitter, Google, Facebook):
- Click on the social media account you used to create your account
3. Click "Login"
