Shortlisting and interview process

We strive to hire talented individuals who have the skills, abilities and experience required to join our team. Our HR team thoroughly reviews each application with the hiring manager. Only those candidates whose qualifications and experience meet the job requirements will be shortlisted and contacted for an interview. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete relevant skills testing like: Microsoft Office, typing, aptitude, mock presentations, etc. Candidates will be provided with sufficient notice if testing is required. 

We are committed to including candidates with varying needs and abilities. If you require a special arrangement or accommodation in order to attend your interview, please contact us to describe your needs. We can arrange virtual meetings, adaptive devices and more.

On average, the recruitment process takes about 4 – 6 weeks from the time the posting closes.

Once interviews have been completed, references may be requested. Typically, reference checks are only completed for the final candidate.

Job offer
Once all steps within the hiring process are complete (testing, interview, reference checks, etc.), the successful candidate will be contacted with a verbal conditional offer of employment. We are committed to notifying all interviewed candidates whether they are successful or not.
