Shortlisting and the interview process

Our HR team carefully reviews each application to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications meet the job requirements. Qualified candidates will move on to the interview stage. In some cases, we’ll ask candidates to complete relevant skills assessments. (We’ll provide reasonable notice if any assessment is required.)

Interviews may take place in person or online. Once we identify a leading candidate for a position, we’ll ask for up to three work-related references.

On average, our recruitment process takes four to six weeks from the posting’s closing date to a job offer.
We’re committed to including candidates with varying needs and abilities. If you require a special arrangement or accommodation to attend an interview, please let us know.

Job offer

We’ll contact the successful candidate with a verbal conditional offer of employment. We will also notify interviewed candidates who do not get a job offer.
